Firstly, choose which edition is right for you – Professional or Enterprise. Then decide how many active users you need. That’s it, you’re done!

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I charged monthly or annually?

We bill annually in advance. Once you have decided on which plan is right for you, we will send over an order form for you to DocuSign – when we get this back, we will invoice you and start your build.

Do I have to pay for training and setup?

We use Service Time for training and setup. The Professional plan has 1 day of service time included and the Enterprise plan has 2 days of service time included. This should be enough to get you up and running, but if you need more, service days can be purchased at £550 per day.

How do I know what my service time has been used for?

We track all service time so we can report on exactly how we used your time and how much you have remaining at any point.

Is Support extra?

No. We pride ourselves on our outstanding support team and support is included in both plans at no extra charge. Support is available on the phone, via email or using the chat function in the LMS.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and you will have an account manager that you can talk to about your account.

What happens at the end of the year?

At the end of the year you have the option to renew your plan. You will have an account manager that will contact you in good time before your renewal is due.
